Back to school is fast approaching! Personally, I can’t wait for my children to be back in school. I like my time to myself, I love my kids but love my days alone. I need to get back into shape, but the summer has just been too hot. Plus I am just getting motivated to tackle this. But who wants o go it alone? I don’t I need accountability and people supporting me.
I am putting together an August Biggest Loser Challenge. If you would like to join me please let me know. We are calling ourselves the Unrepentant Thinners. It is a woman’s only group. We are all about supporting each other and getting healthier in the process. This is a 31-day challenge. You can choose any plan you want or mix and match plans. It is all about you doing what works best for you.
- The challenge will go from August 1 to August 31, 2018
- Each participant will have the change to weigh in a total of 5 times. (The first being July 29, 2018)
- All weigh-ins are mandatory and will happen on Sundays, I am the only one that will have this information.
- This is a no judgment zone.
- Water Consumption-participants must drink plenty of water/fluids throughout the challenge
- Food Consumption-Not eating WILL NOT be allowed! The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy foods throughout the day.
- Exercise is important; however excessive exercise will not be permitted
- The final results of the challenge are based on the percentage of body weight lost.
- There will be a $5 fee and you can pay it at any point before the end of the challenge.
- Honesty is the best policy, you only cheat yourself.
